Menurut saya pengertian sudah termasuk PPh Final, maka bapak akan dapat
uang sewa Rp.9 juta, karena si penyewa (asumsi penyewa sebagai pemotong
pajak) akan memotong pajak final 10% dari nilai kontrak.
Mohon dikoreksi yah rekan2, jika saya salah.
