Subject: [forum-pajak] Awam ingin bertanya soal NPWP pribadi

Halo pakar-pajak,

saya istri & karyawati, saya ingin sekali membuat NPWP pribadi.

biaya operasional (bayar kontrak, telfon, listrik, dll), malah

Mohon pencerahannya.

Terimakasih

Ajeng

Bls: [forum-pajak] Re: PER-39-PJ-2008 (TTG SPT THNAN 21 2008)

Dear all,

Regards.
Julius.

[taxchat] Charging Interest in Oklahoma

I have a client in OK that wants to start charging interest on past due A/R accounts.  In KS, the Office of the State Bank Commissioner has jurisdiction over how much you can charge.  Additionally, we have a form that has to be completed each year, along with a $25 fee, that allows us to charge interest.

1.  Is there a maximum rate that can be charged in OK?

2.  Is there an application to complete in OK in order to be allowed to charge interest?

I've been checking all over the internet, but am not having much luck.  Does anyone know about this?

Thanx!

2009 Inflation Adjustments Widen Tax Brackets and Expand Tax Benefits

WASHINGTON — For 2009, personal exemptions and standard deductions will rise and tax brackets will widen because of inflation adjustments announced today by the Internal Revenue Service.

By law, the dollar amounts for a variety of tax provisions must be revised each year to keep pace with inflation. As a result, more than three dozen tax benefits, affecting virtually every taxpayer, are being adjusted for 2009. Key changes affecting 2009 returns, filed by most taxpayers in early 2010, include the following:

  • The value of each personal and dependency exemption, available to most taxpayers, is $3,650, up $150 from 2008.
  • The new standard deduction is $11,400 for married couples filing a joint return (up $500), $5,700 for singles and married individuals filing separately (up $250) and $8,350 for heads of household (up $350). Nearly two out of three taxpayers take the standard deduction, rather than itemizing deductions, such as mortgage interest, charitable contributions and state and local taxes.
  • Tax-bracket thresholds increase for each filing status. For a married couple filing a joint return, for example, the taxable-income threshold separating the 15-percent bracket from the 25-percent bracket is $67,900, up from $65,100 in 2008.
  • The maximum earned income tax credit for low and moderate income workers and working families with two or more children is $5,028, up from $4,824. The income limit for the credit for joint return filers with two or more children is $43,415, up from $41,646.
  • The annual gift exclusion rises to $13,000, up from $12,000 in 2008.

Information about the pension and retirement plan-related changes can be found in IR-2008-118. Other inflation adjustments are described in Revenue Procedure 2008-66.

RE: [taxchat] Fw: IR-2008-117: 2009 Inflation Adjustments Widen Tax Brackets and Expand Tax Benefits

Thanks, Arnie.

If I may say so, I wonder how much fiber they had to eat before they could bear the thought of squeezing just that many (few) dollars out ?  I think they need a whole lot more fiber....  I suppose it's better than nothing.

Cheers,

[forum-pajak] Awam ingin bertanya soal NPWP pribadi

Halo pakar-pajak,

saya istri & karyawati, saya ingin sekali membuat NPWP pribadi.

biaya operasional (bayar kontrak, telfon, listrik, dll), malah

Mohon pencerahannya.

Terimakasih

Ajeng

Re: [forum-pajak] Rental AT apakah kena wht di taxtreaty indo-spore

Dear all,

Negara lain mendapatkan hak pemajakan atas income from immovable property bila property tsb berada di negara lain tsb.

Subject: [forum-pajak] Rental AT apakah kena wht di taxtreaty indo-spore

Dear Milisters,

Mohon dibantu untuk sarannya,

No 1.Apakah invoice yang kita keluarkan u/ customer kita di
singapore atas Rental AT (monthly recurring selama 2th) akan dipotong wht 15%
treaty ?

No 2. PT A (vendor indonesia)

PT. B lokasi disingapore

PT. C lokasi di Indonesia (customernya PT
B)

PT A mendapat PO (Rental AT) dari PT.B tapi
PT B mengharuskan PT.A invoice ke PT C, PT C akan membayar invoice PT A beserta
bagiannya PT B ke PT B.

PT B(Singapore) akan membayar invoice PT A dengan dipotong wht
15% atas rental AT tsb , apakah ini dibenarkan dalam perpajakan ?

Minta tolong disebutkan dasar hukumnya, sebelumnya saya ucapkan
terima kasih atas bantuannya

Thanks

Regards

Silvia
