Dear Bpk/Ibu forum pajak,

Mohon informasinya, karena saya agak awam dalam hal perpajakan.

Saya memiliki NPWP sejak 3 tahun lalu, namun belum pernah digunakan.

Saat ini kantor saya ingin menggunakan NPWP tersebut untuk salarynya.
Mohon informasi bagaimana proses pengaktifan-nya kira-kira?

Apakah ada dampak denda/ penalti bagi saya dengan NPWP lama tersebut.

kewajiban perpajakan mengikat pada subjek (bukan objek). Yang berkewajiban membayar pbb adalah subjek (dalam hal ini pemilik), jadi pengurangan hanya berlaku 1 x untuk si pembayar pajak.
dasar hukum : UU PPh

pbb kan termasuk pajak objektif,dalam penghitungan pbb jika seorang WP
mempunyai beberapa objek pajak, kenapa NJOPTKPnya hanya dikenakan
sekali??bukan berkali2 dan mengikat pada masing2 objeknya???dasarnya apa?

[forum-pajak] Mohon Penjelasan PP 51

Yth,

Forum Pajak

Mohon penjelasanya sehubungan PP 51 tentang jasa pelaksana konstruksi.
Dimana:

1. Disebutkan salah satu syarat untuk mementukan adalah usaha kecil jasa
pelaksanaan konstruksi adalah "sertifikat yang dikeluarkan oleh lembaga yang
berwenang di pusat atau di daerah menurut peraturan yang berlaku yang
menyatakan kualifikasi sebagai usaha kecil jasa pelaksanaan konstruksi
(golongan K)". nah surat tersebut dikeluarkan oleh lembaga apa (yang
berwenang)?

2. Syarat kedua adalah "mengerjakan proyek yang nilai pengadaannya tidak
melebihi Rp 1.000.000.000,- (satu miliar rupiah)" nah nilai pengadaan ini
hanya untuk biaya labour (jasa) saja atau semuanya termasuk pengadaan
material/ nilai material?
