Re: Bls: [forum-pajak] Pembelian dari non PKP

Dear alls,

Kasus sebagai berikut :
1. Barang merupakan barang kena pajak
2. Penjual bukan PKP dan tidak ingin menjadi PKP (diluar wewenang kita)
3. Penjual tidak menerbitkan faktur pajak standard

Pertanyaan :
1. Bagaimana kalau pembelian barang kena pajak tersebut melebihi dari
batasan PKP ? apakah kita sebagai pembeli harus menanggung atas PPN
2. Asas tanggung renteng masih berlakukah ?

[forum-pajak] Penegasan bahwa SPT Tahunan PPh Pasal 21 telah ditiadakan

Berdasarkan Pasal 3 ayat (3) UU Nomor 28 Tahun 2007, SPT Tahunan PPh
Pasal 21 mulai tahun pajak 2008 telah ditiadakan.
Namun saat ini di kalangan Wajib Pajak masih memiliki keraguan, karena
tidak ada juklak yang menegaskan secara detil.
Saat ini telah keluar Surat Edaran Direktur Jenderal Pajak yang
menegaskan hal tersebut. Oleh sebab itu silakan baca artikelnya di:

[taxchat] Re: printer recommendation

Looks like a no go on PCRush..too much bad press....but the printer looks great...500 page output...if you are a solo practicioner like me, you probably hate changing the paper tray often...and looks like 6500 pages for a cartridge ( i hate changing the cartridge alot also in tax season)  ...so this looks like a good printer and with a 450 rebate that's quite good.

Also, I am trying out Efilecabinet right now to try and reduce my printing, but more importantly to get more organized.
 
Does anyone else out there use Efilecabinet.

[forum-pajak] Revise Faktur Pajak

Mohon bantuan rekan forum,
Pada bulan Juli dan Agustus'08 saya buat Faktur pajak dengan kode 010.000.08.00000000 dan sudah saya lapor.
Dibulan September'08 customer saya bilang seharusnya pakai kode 070.000.08.00000000 dan meraka minta dibuat revise dan faktur yang lama akan mereka kembalikan.
Bagaimana pelaporannya terhadap faktur diatas.

Pls help me.

Mau melengkapi advice dari Pak Deny, mungkin sebaiknya Pak Koko
mempertimbangkan untuk mempergunakan Proforma Invoice dimana pada saat
customer sudah ada kepastian pembayaran baru diterbitkan Invoice dan Faktur
Pajaknya.

Bagaimana pendapat lainnya?

Menyambung saran pak Winarto, maka Pak Koko sebaiknya jangan menerbitkan
Faktur Pajak secara keseluruhan saat penandatanganan kontrak, tapi saat
termin pembayaran yang ada dalam kontrak tersbut jatuh tempo. Jadi misalnya
begini :
1 Januari - Ditandatangani kontrak 500 jt, dengan termin sbb :
Bulan ke 3 = 50 % - Pendapatan diakui 250 jt - terbitkan faktur pajak 25
jt
Bulan ke 6= 20% - Pendapatan diakui 100 jt - terbitkan faktur pajak 10 jt
Bulan ke 9=20% - Pendapatan diakuii 100 jt - terbitkan faktur pajak 10 jt
Bulan ke 12=10% - pendapatan diakui 50 jt - terbitkan faktur pajak 5 jt
Oleh karena penerbitan Faktur Pajak di bulan penagihan termin pembayaran,
saya yakin penerimaan piutang+PPN nya gak terlalu lama sehingga tidak
mengganggu cash flow perusahaan pak koko. Demikian pak koko, mudah mudahan
ada pencerahan. Ada pendapat lain biar lebih lengkap, dipersilahkan
monggooooooo..mas..

Bapak wajib memungut PPN pada saat Bapak menerbitkan Faktur Pajak. Mengenai
pengakuan pendapatan Bapak yang telah di-accrue diawal tidak akan berimbas
langsung kepada PPN bapak sepanjang bukti pemungutan PPN (Faktur Pajak)
belum bapak terbitkan.

Mengenai payment, saya rasa sangat pergantung kepada financial planning
perusahaan Bapak.

Dear rekan milis FP

Di tempat saya bekerja sedang dibuat sumur resapan dan pengeboran
sumur baru yang dilakukan oleh orang pribadi bukan badan, yang saya
tanyakan
- Atas pengerjaan jasa bor tsb, pengenaan pph-nya apakah PPh 21, PPh
23 jasa instalasi atau pph final jasa konstruksi ?
- Dari sisi accountingnya apakah pembuatan sumur resapan bisa
dikapitalisasi sebagai aset perusahaan ?

Tidak ada larangan untuk PKP membeli barang kepada bukan PKP, meskipun demikian, tetap ada konsekwensinya, misalnya ada kemungkinan barang yang dijual tersebut ada unsur PPN nya,jika penjual tersebut PKP dan membuat faktur pajak standar serta sesuai UU dapat dikreditkan kan lumayan untuk mengurangi PPN yang harus disetor, sedangkan kalau bukan PKP tidak dapat dikreditkan (UU PPN pasal 9 ayat 8) meskipun dapat dibiayakan-dengan syarat tertentu (PP 138 / 2000 pasal 3 ayat 1). pengiriman). Prosedurnya :

dan penjelasan lengkap Program Aptitude test/ TPA Online klik di

2. Kemudian anda tranfer biayanya ke rekening yang tertera dalam
formulir (boleh dari bank manapun atau pakai ATM ).
3. Bukti transfer ditempel di bagian paling bawah formulir yang
telah diisi dengan lengkap dan jelas termasuk kode pos dan nomor
telpon dan email kirim melalui Fax ke 021-75921487 atau email
gpsjakarta_online@yahoo.com (salah satu saja)
4.Sehabis kirim fax atau email mohon konfirmasi ke 021-98299611,
98290979 apakah hasilnya cukup jelas atau perlu diulang. Banyak
kejadian dimana hasil fax tidak jelas dan tidak terbaca sama sekali
sehingga pengelola TPA/TBS Online tidak bisa mengirimkan Modul
Pelatihan dan nunggu sampai calon peserta complain (nomortelpon dan
email pun tidak terbaca pula).
5.Setelah kami cek biaya telah masuk ke rekening kami maka Modul
dikirim beserta pembahasannya dengan KILAT KHUSUS PT. Pos Indonesia
(sesuai janji pihak Pos Indonesia 2 hari sampai) atau melalui TIKI
bagi yang ada di kota besar dan terlayani TIKI.
6.Semua pembahasan sudah terkirim beserta modul pelatihan dan
disertai fotocopy materi dasar, CDR Materi Tambahan.
7. Peserta diminta mengerjakan soal-soal yang dikirim dan baru
melihat pembahasannya. Apabila masih dianggap kurang cukup maka
ditanyakan lewat email sebagai media komunikasi peserta TPA Online
dengan masa aktif 20 hari sejak diterimanya modul kiriman
(tujuan pembatasan waktu agar peserta giat belajar dan berlatih).
8. Materi pelatihan TPA/TBS Online ini dibuat secara General dan
tidak ada kaitannya dengan seleksi pegawai instansi tertentu,

saya kemaren tes PT. PLN, PT Bukit Asam dan CPNS DEPKEU semuanya
lulus , hanya saja yang untuk PLN saya sudah gugur di TOEFL

bingung untuk tes psikotes DEPKEU apa ya, maksudnya psikotes
intelejensi atau psikotes kepribadian? tolong pak koko nfonya...,saya
pengen banget ikut pelatihan psikotes di GPS tp saya rasa gak
mungkin karena disini saya bekerja jd tidak ada waktu kesana,ada

Salam

Mungkin yang dimaksud oleh Bapak Aryanto Budi adalah
PP No. 51 tahun 2008 yang berlaku tanggal 01 Januari 2008.(surut)
dan di Support oleh SE-05/PJ.03/2008.

Dari kedua hal di atas maka yang harus dilihat adalah :
1. Tanggal Aggreement (SPK) yang ada, apakah tertanggal tahun 2007 atau 2008.
2. Bila tahun 2007, maka PP di atas belum berlaku dan masih dapat menggunakan Per 170 (PPh 23)
3. Bila tahun 2008, maka di kenakan tarif sesuai dengan PP tersebut (lihat juga Sertifikasi dari LPJK=Lembaga Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi).
4. Jika posisi yang pada point 3 sudah dilakukan pembayaran kepada Pers. Konstruksi, maka bila terdapat kekurangan bayar (karena selisih tarif 2 % dan 3 %(kualifikasi usaha), kelebihan tersebut harus di bayarkan oleh Pers. Konstrksi tsbt ke Negara.
5. Jika Jasa Konstrusksi tsbt belum dilakukan pembayaran dan pemotongan (masih di proses pengerjaan), maka pemotongan dapat dilakukan menggunakan PPh Psl 4(2) Final. (sesuai dengan Klasifikasi usaha konstruksi tsbt)
6. Atau dapat dilakukan dengan cara merubah SPK yang sudah ada menjadi tahun 2007, tanpa harus merubah SPT yang sudah di buat menggunakan PPh 23. (ini hanya saran saja).

place that is selling it for $599 AND HP rebate of $450!  My cost for the

It depends on your print volume on which printer you buy. I buy HPs because you can get cheap remanufactured toner on ebay.
But I print about 50,000 - 60,000 copies per year. Right now I have two HP 2300Ds. New toner is about $110 for 6000 copies. I pay about $30. One out of 4 cartridge are bad but that still makes it $40.
Paper saving on duplexing pays for the extra cost of the printer but more importantly saves me from buying new filing cabinets.
 
I would like to go "paperless" but my key staff  has an extremely high learning curve on anything computer that currently it would not not be cost effective.
