[forum-pajak] Masih soal pinjam perusahaan

Dear All.
Masih soal peminjaman perusahaan ( pinjam bendera ) yang dulu pernah saya tanyakan.
Bagaimana jurnalnya saat mencatatat perolehan pendapatan atas jasa konstruksi dan pencatatan saat pembelian material? soalnya secara cashflows ini kan bukan diterima dan dibayar melalui rekening kita. Kita hanya menerima dokumen2 saja dan mendapat fee dari yang meminjam perusahaan.
Pls share bagi yang pernah mengalami

[forum-pajak] Retur dengan beda nilai valas

Salam

Sebelumnya saya ucapkan selamat Lebaran untuk semua rekan yg
merayakannya.

Saya mau minta tolong nih, karena kami akan membuat nota retur pajak
dalam nilai dollar yg di kurs ke Rupiah tetapi kami masih blum jelas
masalah nilai DPP pada nota retur tersebut.

Apakah kami membuatkan nota retur dengan kurs saat terjadi pembelian?
(sesuai dengan kurs di faktur pajak standar)

atau kami membuatkan nota retur dengan kurs yang berlaku saat ini?

Mohon pencerahan dari rekan2 semua!
Bila punya dasar peraturannya, boleh juga tuh untuk lampirannya supaya
saya bisa lebih jelas.

[forum-pajak] Penggantian Klaim Asuransi

Dear all,

Mohon penjelasannya mengenai penggantian klaim asuransi untuk kendaraan
perusahaan kami yang termasuk Total Loss (Rusak Parah) dimana "bangkai"
kendaraan yang mengalami kecelakaan kami serahkan ke pihak asuransi
sedangkan perusahaan kami mendapatkan penggantian sesuai pertanggungan dari
pihak asuransi.

1. Apakah hal tersebut dapat dianggap sebagai penjualan aktiva seperti biasa
dan dikenakan PPN? Karena kami menyerahkan kendaraan dan mendapatkan
penggantian dari pihak asuransi.

2. Adakah peraturan perpajakan yang mengatur tentang hal tersebut?

Pajak reklamenya model billboard ya Pak?
kalo sudah pernah urus dan sekarang mau memperpanjang berarti
dokumennya sudah pernah lengkap. Sekarang bawa aja SKPD & SKRD yang
lama ke Dispenda karena di dua dokumen tersebut sudah tercantum data
bentuk, luas, jenis dan tempat papan reklame Anda. Untuk masalah buku,
biasanya bisa dibantu dibuatkan oleh pihak dispenda. (karena kemarin
saya juga baru selesai perpanjangan dan buku-nya dibuatkan oleh
petugas dispenda) Lain hal jika Anda baru mau pasang bilboard, bukunya
harus kita yang buat sendiri.
Mudah2an pengalaman saya bisa membantu Anda.
