jadi berapa yg harus anda bayar????
1. yg punya gedung PKP
10 juta sewa + 1 juta PPN = 11 juta
ke negara/Pajak = 1.111.111 perak
total anda bayar (landlord + kasnegara) = Rp 12.111.111
2. yg punya gedung non PKP
10 juta sewa saja
kas negara 1.111.111
total anda bayar (landlord + kasnegara) = Rp 11.111.111 (wuihhh nomor
cantik neh)
