This is the first year as an SCorp, was Sch C before. I am getting her info together to file an annual payroll 940/941. However, the amount of personal estimates she has already sent in will exceed her total liability (Not counting FICA/Med). Can I file the 941 with no tax withheld, and just send in the FICA/Med amount? Or will this raise some flags if the 941 comes in and doesn't have any withholding on it? I would hate to have her pay more in since she is already getting some back.
Thanks,
Matt
