Atas reimbursement makan-minum sales dapat dibiayakan sebagaimana diatur dalam SE-14/Pj.31/2003 tentang penyediaan makan minum bagi seluruh karyawan.
Adapun untuk pengeluaran atas taxi hendaknya dibuatkan bukti pengeluarannya (min.berupa kwitansi) karena memang taxi belum bisa mencetak bukti lain seperti tiket kereta api/pesawat.
