Yes, that's the post.  Ha !

 

I suppose it's "open to the public", except that nobody knows about it except us folk on TaxChat and also on the TaxProExchange list, and there are, as of yet, no links anywhere to get to this forum.  So it's just us, and anybody we tell.  Somewhere along the line I will get some links out and about, but I will still only allow tax professionals to join.
