Tiap tagihan yg memenuhi kriteria >=250rb dikenakan bea materai 3000, >=1jt
dikenakan bea materai 6000
Yang menanggung bea materai adalah pihak yg menagih.
Tapi seperti tagihan asuransi, notaris dan yang sejenisnya, biaya materai
ditagihkan kepada konsumen.
Aku gak jelas dasarnya apa, tapi yah memang begitu prakteknya.
Maaf yah kalo kurang ngena.
