[taxchat] Re: A relationship Opportunity

I am located in Central NJ on the Jersey Shore. A referral is very
much appreciated.

A virtual assistant is a person who outsources their office support,
telemarketing, collection, or sales services to companies that do not
want to add an employee on their payroll.

The type of services that am I looking into are client care services
for example... customer service is very important to me so I would
like to have someone call my clients and ask about their experience
working with me. These calls are awkward for me and the client
especially if the client had a bad experience. They may not want to
share it with me so an outside party trained in customer service of
course would be able to ask the right questions and get information
in the shortest amount of time without sounding like a telemarketer.
The client care assistant would be able to also resolve issues before
they become an issue by knowing the client's expectations and
communication them to me.
