Also, where are you located? We do not outsource bookkeeping but we do refer out clients that are not in our area, or just want someone different.

not know another way of informing everyone in the group.
On another note... what are you doing for client care? I am exploring
the idea of using a virtual assistant to make client care calls,
surveys, and monitoring client satisfaction. What are your thoughts?
