kebetulan saya pernah tugas dibagian penagihan pajak KPP
sebelum menerbitkan surat perintah mengembalikan kelebihan pajak (seperti
dalam KEP 965 tahun 1991 Pasal 2 ayat (1) ), biasanya kami memeriksa hutang
pajak dari WP tersebut. kalo ada hutang pajaknya, langsung di kurangi dengan
hutang pajaknya.
Jadi untuk yang ayat 1, itu seharusnya otomatis, tanpa harus mengajukan
permohonan...
