Halo Pajak-ers... Saya memiliki beberapa pertanyaan mengenai dunia
perpajakan. Mohon pencerahannya.
Ada teman saya memiliki usaha money changer online. Selain pajak
pengahasilan para karyawannya, pajak apalagi yang dikenakan atas
usahanya tersebut?
Cara kerja usaha tersebut adalah seperti ini
Mula-mula customer membuat account di webnya, untuk pembuatan account,
si pemilik usaha ini memberi bonus sebesar $5.
Selanjutnya transaksi yang dilakukan bisa penukaran rupiah ke
E-Currency (LibertyReserve, E-Gold, Webmoney)atau sebaliknya. Yang
tentu saja customer dikenakan biaya.
Nah, transaksi seperti ini pun tidak ada bukti seperti nota. Namanya
juga online, pasti transaksinya seperti fiktif.
Mohon pencerahannya yah... Dan saya ingin agar setiap pernyataan
dilengkapi dengan dasar hukumnya.
