Siang rekan2,
Menurut saya, tindakan Bpk Gumilang sudah benar. Kewajiban PPh 25 itu secara otomatis dr e-resgistrasi. Setiap yang mempunyai NPWP punya kewajiban PPh 25 yaitu angsuran PPh 25 Nihil. Bpk bisa lapor SSP nihil tiap bulan atau tdk usah lapor (tergantung KPP).

Harusnya pilih nomor 6 bos. Kirim surat ke KPP yang menjelaskan bahwa ada
kesalahan data pemilihan Sattus Usawa sewaktu mengajukan permohonan
Pendaftaran Wajib pajak dan minta diganti/dikoreksi SKT yang sudah
diterbitkan.
