Form SSP-nya pake yang sekarang aja pak, MAP sesuai yang sekarang
tentunya. Dibelakang form SSP biasanya ada kode-kodenya pak. Masa
pajak dan tahunnya diisi sesuai masa dan tahun yang bersangkutan,
jadi masing-masing jenis pajak dan tiap masa pajak satu SSP pak.
