I thought only the manufacturer could take that credit.

Subject: [taxchat] High Energy Efficiency Appliance Credit
I have two appliances purchased in 2007 that I believe qualify. One an
LG Tromm Front Load Washer costing $1500.
Also a Sub-Zero Refrigerator costing $14,000. According to the USMTG
1341I, I should be able to include these items on Form 5695
When I look at Form 5695 I have no idea which line they should go on.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Naturally, I have no
certification papers that go with these appliances but they are high
end appliances that should qualify.
