Bank tempat saya kerja mendebet rekening nasabah untuk pembayaran biaya notaris ke rekening notaris tsb. Apakah atas biaya notaris tersebut harus dikenakan wajib pungut oleh pihak bank yang melakukan pendebetan tersebut? sedangkan pihak notaris tetap melakukan pembayaran pajaknya setiap bulan secara akumulasi. Apakah ada ketentuan bahwa bank (BUMN) masih bertindak sebagai wapu atau sudah dihapuskan?
