Saya ada pertanyaan mengenai tax planning terhadap biaya ganti rugi atas pengosongan tanah di salah satu wilayah jakarta, dalam hal ini pertanyaan saya adalah :
1. Apakah "Biaya Ganti Rugi" tsb ada unsur PPh nya?.
2. Apakah ada solusi lain selain menggunakan kata2 "Biaya Ganti Rugi" tsb dikarenakan nilai yg diberikan kepada warga cukup signifikan.
