daerah terpencil untuk perkebunan yg letak nya sekitar 40 km dari
ibukota propinsi. Dimana disana pada awalnya sama sekali belum ada
sarana dan prasarana yg mendukung.
Apakah ada syarat yg harus di penuhi untuk permohonan ini?
