Mungkin maksudnya : utk penerimaan pembayaran termin s/d 31/12/08 atas kontrak yg diteken sebelum thn 2008 tetap berlaku aturan lama. Namun bila pembyr diterima pd tahun 2009 maka berlaku PP 51/08.
