Dengan demikian apabaila perusahaan dari Singapura tersebut dapat memberikan surat keterangan domisili yang dikeluarkan oleh IRAS maka atas jasa tersebut tidak terhutang PPh pasal 26 di Indonesia.
Namun apabila perusahaan singapura tersebut tidak dapat memberikan surat keterangan domisili maka harus dipotong PPh pasal 26 sebesar 20 %
