What ever you call it - its customized and costs very little out of pocket (paper and toner) or as KC suggested no out of pocket cost

Just came up with idea for "free" IRS instructions, etc.
 
Go to irs.gov website.  Do a search for Publications.  Copy first page of each Pub you have an interest in, showing the Contents.  Put in 3 ring binder for reference.
