Di kantor tempat saya bekerja,ada beberapa marketing freelance.
Nah,mereka harus mendapatkan komisi,walaupun mereka tidak mempunyai gaji tetap.
Pada waktu pemotongan pph 21 (5%,karena komisi mereka maksimal hanya 20juta rupiah),mereka tidak melampirkan fotokopi apapun (bukti potongnya juga tidak mereka butuhkan/minta).
Jadi di bukti potong pph 21 hanya ada nama saja.
Pertanyaannya,bolehkah seperti ini?
Haruskah melampirkan fotokopi ktp?
Karena mereka keberatan untuk memberikan identitas apapun,dgn alasan,mereka bersedia dipotong dan mereka juga tidak meminta bukti potongnya.
Mohon pencerahannya ya rekan2.
