I am really sick of Intuits customer service. This is the second time I have called them this year and both times have reached the Philippines and someone who can only read from their script. All I wanted to know was when would the 2008 940 form be available - since it is already available on the IRS website. The guy I just spoke to didn't even know what the IRS was!! I'm not kidding! He told me to contact my accountant to get the form! ARRGGHH!Kate
