No 1.Apakah invoice yang kita keluarkan u/ customer kita di
singapore atas Rental AT (monthly recurring selama 2th) akan dipotong wht 15%
oleh mereka u/ setiap invoicenya, karna menurut mereka itu berdasarkan Tax
treaty ?
No 2. PT A (vendor indonesia)
PT. B lokasi disingapore
PT. C lokasi di Indonesia (customernya PT
B)
PT A mendapat PO (Rental AT) dari PT.B tapi
PT B mengharuskan PT.A invoice ke PT C, PT C akan membayar invoice PT A beserta
bagiannya PT B ke PT B.
PT B(Singapore) akan membayar invoice PT A dengan dipotong wht
15% atas rental AT tsb , apakah ini dibenarkan dalam perpajakan ?
Minta tolong disebutkan dasar hukumnya, sebelumnya saya ucapkan
