dont get into the unlicensed preparers issue.  its almost here!  went to a seminar with IRS speaking this week & its less than 2 yrs away that licensing will be essential if youre not a CPA, EA or atty.

The flip side of this is that within a couple of years, clients due a refund will have it deposited within 2-3 days of e-filing.
