Sunset policy itu hanya untuk penghasilan - melaporkan penghasilan yang
belum dilapor pada masa pajak sebelumya. Jadi harta yang belum dilapor tidak
perlu di sunset, mungkin hanya pembetulan biasa.

Subject: [forum-pajak] Koreksi daftar harta
Saya punya contoh kasus nih, ada WP usia 80 th-an yg sdh tidak punya
penghasilan sejak th. 2000, biaya hidup dari anak. tapi tetap lapor
SPT NIHIL s.d th.2007.
Masalahnya, ternyata ada harta yg belum tercantum dalam SPT yaitu
rumah yg diperoleh di th. 1990. Apa bisa pake SUNSET ? atau langsung
dimasukkan di SPT th. 2008 nanti tanpa melakukan pembetulan ?
Mohon pendapat....thx.
