Jadi uang yang bapak terima atas sewa adalah
100/110 X 10. Jt = 9.090.909,- ( uang yang terima )
Rp. 9.090.909,- X 10 % = 909.090,90 ( PPh Final )
Total perjanjian Rp. 10.000.000,-
Demikian yang dapat saya berikan, apabila salah mohon maaf dan mohon direvisi dari rekan2 yang lain.
